I was the Litigation Practice Group Leader at Morgan Lewis for many of the years that Mike worked at the firm. I found Mike exceptionally scholarly, collegial and congenial. He was a great lawyer and an exceptional colleague. I am so saddened to hear of his passing and send my deepest condolences to his family.
