I had the pleasure to work with Joe at Rohm and Haas Company. He was a loving husband and father. Joe was a great guy, always ready to lend a helping hand. He had a funny sense of humor, a quick wit. I feel lucky and proud to have been his administrative assistant for several years. Joe was the best guy I ever worked for. A true gentleman in every sense of the word. Deepest condolences to Susanne, his lovely wife and family. There are some people who clearly make the world a better place to live in, Joe being one of them. I learned so much from him during the years I worked for him. Rest in peace, my friend.
