Franklin H. Beard Sr., age 84 of Sellersville PA,formerly of Plymouth Mtg. died Wednesday (5/18) in the Rockhill Mennonite Community in Sellersville,Pa. Mr. Beard Sr. was born in Hagerstown, MD, the son of the late Franklin and the late Mary Chantry Beard. He served in the Army during WW2 He was a member of the Plymouth Meeting Evangelical Church. He was a Retired Construction Worker, employed by For Herald Construction of Ambler And then Danella Construction Co.of Plymouth Mtg. He is survived by one daughter: Elizabeth Beard of Franklin, TN two sons: Franklin H. Beard Jr. of N.Wales, PA, George Beard (Dawn) of Phoenixville, PA. companion, Ruth Keeran of Sellersville, PA; 2 Grandchildren-Michael And Ashley, funeral services and interment are private, Mr.Beard donated his body to The Humanity Gift Registry Contributions may be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society po box-4072, Pittsfield ,MA.01202.
