Obituary of Phyllis Rose Teti

Please share a memory of Phyllis Rose to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
On March 8, 2018, at age 97, Phyllis Teti, (nee Testa), of Lafayette Hill, PA, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Querino Teti, loving mother to Barbara Orlando (John) and Eugene Teti; grandmother of Justine Bell (Stephen), Rita Henderson (Jim), Dr. Jonathon Orlando and Sarah Castle (Ryan). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and many nephews. Born in Italy in 1920, she traveled at age 10 with her mother to America to unite with her father. She was a selfless, hard-working, kind and loving woman. One of her passions was to work in her rock garden, growing many beautiful flowers, which brought a smile to everyone's face. After she retired from Taylor Lock, she enjoyed babysitting, ironing and cooking for her family. Everyone called her either Mother, Grandmom, Nonna or Aunt Phyllis. She was loved by all who knew her, and she brought warmth and joy into everything she did. She will be dearly missed by many. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing at Lownes Funeral Home, 659 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444 on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 from 9:30am-11am, followed by a service at 11am.
