So very sorry to learn of Fred's passing.
I was 17 years old when I first met Fred, I had just been hired to work as one of his assistants at F&L. Fred was Franklin&Lindsey's best surveyor and I would come to be so greatful to have had a chance to spend more than 3 years learning surveying from this truly intelligent, patient man. Because of Fred I stayed in surveying, became a licensed surveyor and have had my own bussiness for more than 45 years.Over those many years I would occasionally stay in touch, always thanking him for what he had taught me. I knew him as as a good husband, good father, and a good friend that I will always remember. I am so very happy that this world had Fred around for 91 years.
