John L. Manning, Sr., age 83, of Dresher, PA, formally of Plymouth Meeting, PA, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, May 17, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Sandra R. (nee Mathie) and father of Barbara and John.
John was born April 20, 1934 in Philadelphia, PA. He attended college at the University of Houston. John was an architect and a member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International He was an avid SCUBA diver and a member of the Philadelphia Seahorses. He also enjoyed bowling.
John will be sorely missed by his devoted family and friends. Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 22nd, 11am at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 3025 Church Rd., Lafayette Hill, PA 19444. The viewing will be 10am to 11am at the Church. Burial will be in the George Washington Memorial Park.
