The end of this chapter in Mrs. Nelson's life is only the beginning of a new wonderful chapter. I've often looked to God's word for comfort. I hope that these words from 2 Corinthians, Chapter 5 will bring you the same hope that I have. To see my Mom and Dad and Grandparents one day too in Heaven. "For we know that when this earthly tent we live in is taken down (that is, when we die and leave this earthly body), we will have a house in heaven, an eternal body made for us by God himself and not by human hands. ...
So we are always confident, even though we know that as long as we live in these bodies we are not at home with the Lord." As hard as it may be to not have "Barbara" (as my Mom called your Mom often) nearby, I know that we will meet again one day. In fact, our Moms are probably saying hello to each other right about now.
