Obituary of Joan M. Chassey

Joan,AKA Joanne(Primavera) Chassey,83, of Flourtown, Pa. passed away on Saturday, January 14,2017. She was born January 11,1934 in Conshohocken, Pa. She had lived most of her life in Lafayette Hill, Pa. She was the daughter of the late Alexander(Charlie) and Helen(O'Neill) Primavera. In addition to her parents,she was predeceased by her siblings; Jack, H.Gloria(Reilly),Charles and Louis. As well as her husband Edward P Chassey and son Glenn(Chas). She is survived by her daughter Colby DeGeorge (Michael),Edward, grand children; Joan, Antonia, and AJ and great-grandson Sebastian. Also many nieces and nephews, especially Margaret Mary Toth (Reilly). She and her husband ran Chassey's Printing in Lafayette Hill for 35 years. Prior to that, they assisted her husbands parents Harry and Pauline Chassey, in running their restaurant "The Mickey Mouse Inn" in Lafayette Hill,Pa. Service to be held on Thursday, January 19th, 2017. Visitation 10:30am-11:30am followed by Memorial Mass at St Philip Neri Church. 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the above named church. Joan also known as Joanne was born in Conshohocken and had lived most of her life in Lafayette Hill. For many years she helped run the family Printing Business in Lafayette Hill with her late husband Ed. Years prior she assisted her husbands parents run their family restaurant in Lafayette Hill called the Mickey Mouse.
