Constance H. Munchak- Wiley,"Connie" age 91, of Springfield Twp.,Montgomery Co. PA formerly of Roxborough- died Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Chestnut Hill Hospital . Connie was born July 27, 1925 in Phila., PA. She is the daughter of the late Charles and the late Saddie (Collins) Hill. She was the beloved wife of the late Jack Munchak and late Jesse Wiley.
She is survived by one son: Jeff Munchak (Annett) of Chalfont, PA.and 2 Grandchildren-Alex And Emily .
A memorial service will be held 6:45 pm on Thursday, November 3 at Lownes Family Funeral Home, 659 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA. 19444.
Calling hours will be Thursday, November 3 from 6-6:45pm at Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friends of the Wissahickon-fow.org/donations.
