Patricia A. McNeilly, age 66, of Hockenssin, DE formerly of Plymouth Meeting,Pa. died Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Christianna Hospital . She is the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Berenice (Costello) McNeilly.
Pat was born in Philadelphia and raised in Plymouth Meeting. She attended St. Philip Neri Grammar School, Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School, and Montgomery County Community College. Most recently, she resided in Hockessin, Delaware; Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, and Albany, New York.
Before her retirement, Pat worked for many years in health and human services both locally and in Albany.
