Thelma "Pat" Darby, age 90 of West Chester , formerly of Plymouth Mtg. died Wednesday (12/15/10) in the Brandywine Hall Nursing Center. She was a Retired Bank executive For Conshohocken Federal And Commonwealth Federal and Freedom Valley Federal Banks. Mrs. Darby was born in Phila., PA, the daughter of the late Albert and the late Hilda Fell Thielen. Wife of the late Edwin Anderson and the late Dr. Walter S. Darby. Pat graduated Girls High in S.Phila. she resided in Plymouth Meeting from 1950-2006.Pat was the first female Vice President of Freedom Valley Federal Bank,retiring in 1985. She was an active member of Saint Peters Lutheran Church in Lafayette Hill as a council member and building committee member and volunteered her time in many other capacities . Pat was also involved with the Whitemarsh Lioness Club and the Questers. She is survived by A son- Albert W. Anderson(Sonja) of West Chester, PA, Predeceased by a son- The Late Ernest Anderson Also survived by her grandsons- Todd (Lynne) and Shawn Anderson, great grandchildren-Griffin and Logan Anderson, step grandchildren- Chris (Lyndell), Scott and Steven Darby. Step great grandchildren-Mike and Meghan Darby. Friends may call Friday 1/7/11 from 10-11am at Saint Peter's Lutheran Church, 3025 Church Rd., Lafayette Hill, PA..
