Obituary of Janet B. Fletcher

Janet( Bulmer) Putsch Fletcher, age 82, of W.Mt.Airy died Wednesday, December 9, 2015 surrounded by her family at Brightview Senior Living in E.Norriton, PA. Janet was born October 29, 1933 in Meriden, CT. She is the daughter of the late Frederick and the late Viola Mae (Hart) Bulmer. She was the wife of the late Lee Fletcher who died in 2013. She was employed by Phila.School District as a School Teacher. Mrs.Fletcher grew up in Meriden CT. and was a graduate of Meriden High School and Welsley College in Mass. Class of 1955. She was an avid reader and enjoyed cooking for her family. Janet also loved sailing and nature. She attended Saint Peter's Lutheran Church in Lafayette Hill and was a former member of the First Methodist Church of Germantown where she had been a member of their choir. She also was the former Arts Director for the Lighthouse Art and Music Camp in Pine Grove,Pa. Janet will be sorely missed by her devoted family, her friends and many former students. She is survived by one daughter: Lisa Peuser of Conshohocken, PA. and two sons: Eric Putsch of Media, PA, Michael Putsch of Heidelberg, Germany ; Sister of : Patricia Garnelis, Kathy Steinert and Fred Bulmer; ; 15 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandaughter,. She was predeceased by her son recently-Nicholas Putsch A memorial service will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, December 12 at Saint Peter's Lutheran Church, 3025 Church Rd., Lafayette Hill. Calling hours will be Saturday, December 12 from 10-11am at Saint Peter's Lutheran Church, 3025 Church Rd., Lafayette Hill, PA.. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Nick Putsch Family Education Fund, c/o of Wells Fargo Bank, 217 W .Baltimore Pike, Media ,Pa.19063.
