Mildred M. Barber, age 94, of Blue Bell died Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Normandy Farms Estates . She was born March 7, 1921 in Phila., PA. She is the daughter of the late Matthew and the late Helen (Koch) McKeone. Wife of the late Sherman L.Barber who died in 2010. Mrs.Barber was a graduate of Germantown High School and Strayers Business School in Phila. She was a former resident of Lafayette Hill and Avalon ,NJ, She was a former member of Saint Peter's Lutheran Church in Lafayette Hill and Our Savior Lutheran Church in Avalon,NJ and was active at both churches for many years. Currently she was a member of Saint Johns Lutheran Church in Center Square. She was a former member of the Whitemarsh Womens Club and the Wildwood Golf and Country Club and also was an avid tennis player. She is survived by one daughter: Joan Linton (Paul) of Blue Bell, PA. and one son: David A. Barber of Annandale, VA; Sister of Dorothy Miller (Paul) of Harleysville, ; 2 Grandchildren-Samantha And Andrew,. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm on Friday, April 24 at Normandy Farms Estates Auditorium, , Blue Bell, PA. Burial will be held private Wednesday in West Laurel Hill Cemetery, Balacynwyd . . .
