Richard H. Kimber, age 94 of Plymouth Meeting PA., died Monday (8/4/14) in the Mercy Suburban Hospital, E. Norriton. He was a retired Sales Associate in the Advertising and Personel Departments of The Automatic Timing And Controls Co. Mr. Kimber was born in Phila., PA, the son of the late William and the late Elizabeth Haines Kimber. Husband of the late Patricia (Tenison) Kimber, who passed in 2005. Mr. Kimber was a graduate of the Germantown Friends School, The Ojai Valley School in California along with The Montgomery School in Wynnewood and finally Dartmouth College ,Class of 1943. Dick served our Country as a World War 2 Army Air Corps Pilot. Dick was a long time member of Germantown Friends Meeting and Friends Meeting House, Plymouth Meeting and was active for many years on their property and burial comitee's.Dick also was a member the Plymouth Meeting Historical Society. He is survived by three sons: Robert Kimber of Worcester, Pa, Charles Kimber of Downingtown, Pa, David Kimber of Royersford, Pa. 2 Grandchildren- Olivia And Karen, ; 2 Great Grandchildren-Sofia And Brennan, .
