Edna W."Chick" Hale, age 87 of The Masonic Village of Lafayette Hill PA, died Monday (6/2) at the Masonic Village. She was a Registered Nurse Mrs. Hale was born in Phila., PA, the daughter of the late David and the late Agnes Morris Watson. Mrs.Hale was a graduate of the West Jersey School of Nursing where she had received her Registered Nursing Degree. During the WW2 War she volunteered as a Army Cadet. For many years she assisted her husband at their Family Practice on Fairway Road in Lafayette Hill. Mrs. Hale was a member of the Oreland Evangelical Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband - Dr.Robert G. Hale, MD three sons: Robert G. Hale Jr.(Kathleen) of Wrightsville, PA, Stephen S. Hale (Cheryl)of Mindon, NV, David W. Hale (Maureen) of Brewertown, NY 2grandchildren- Jennifer and Thomas Friends may call Thursday June 5,2014 from 2-4pm at Lownes Family Funeral Home, 659 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill, Graveside Services will be held Friday June 6,at 10:00 am in the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown Bucks County.
