Obituary of John H. Pichon

John H. "Jack "Pichon, age 79 formerly of Lafayette Hill and Oreland died Friday (9/3) in the Coatesville Veterans Center. He was a Retired Industrial Gas Executive For Gas-Arc Supply Mr. Pichon was born in Chicago, ILL, the son of the late Fred and the late Elva Lindley Pichon. Jack was a member of Saint Peters Lutheran Church in Lafayette Hill and was a former church council member. He was a member of the Whitemarsh Twp. Ambulance Assn. and Manufacturers Country Club . Jack was also a Mason and was a member of Masonic Fritz Lodge #308. Jack served our country during the Korean War in the US Army as a Sergeant. He is survived by his wife - Shirley( Mitchell ) Pichon one son: Rodman M. Pichon(Vicky) of Lansdale, PA two sisters: Norma Bortner of Ephrata, PA, Margie DiMascio of Norristown, PA 2 Grandchildren.- Rodman and Savannah Friends may call Wednesday 9/8/10 from 7-9PM at Lownes Funeral Home, 659 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA. and Thursday from 10-10:45AM at Saint Peter's Lutheran Church, 3025 Church Rd., Lafayette Hill, PA.. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am in the Saint Peter's Lutheran Church, Lafayette Hill, Burial will be private In lieu of flowers memorials to the Ft. Washington Hospice, 400 Commerce Dr. Suite C, Ft. Washington,Pa. 19034 or the Dissabled American Veterans Assn.
