Katharine (Lowry). Brennan, age 86 of Lafayette Hill PA, died Saturday (2/1) at the Hill of Whitemarsh.
She was a Home Maker
Mrs. Brennan was born in Phila., PA, the daughter of the late Thomas P. and the late Helen (Gleason) Lowry Jr. She was the wife of the late Arthur A. Brennan Jr.
Mrs. Brennan was a graduate of the Melrose Academy class of 1945 and the College of New Rochelle where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology.
She was a long time member of Whitemarsh Valley Country Club and the Nine Hole Golfers along with the Whitemarsh Womens Bridge Club.
Katharine was also a faithful member of Saint Philip Neri Church in Lafayette Hill.
She is survived by
five daughters: Mary "Robbie" Hain (George) of Lafayette Hill, , Patricia Brennan-heldt of Westchester, PA., Helen B. Anderson (Daniel) of Westchester, PA, Deane Brennan of Lafayette Hill, PA, Christine Brennan (Prodromos Dagoglou) of New Orleans, LA
11 Grandchildren- Courtney,Jaqueline,Karin,Katharine,Elizabeth, Ryan,Kelsey,Kyle,Jill, Christine and Artemios.
She was predeceased by her son A. Andrew Brennan III.
Friends may call Friday 2/7/14 from 9:30-11AM at Saint Philip Neri Church, 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA..
Funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am
Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery, Lower Merion.
