Dolores T.(Kipe) Verde, age 79 of the Andorra section of Phila. Pa. died Saturday (12/28) in the Temple University Hospital. Mrs. Verde was born in Phila., PA, the daughter of the late John and the late Anna Baker Kipe. Mrs. Verde was a proud graduate of Little Flower High School for Girls,The class of 1949. In 1955 she married the love of her life the late Anthony V. Verde. She was a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in the Andorra section of Phila. She was a former Committee woman for the 21st Ward in Andorra and took great pride in volunteering for the Republican Party at their fund raisers and Voting Poll. For many years she volunteered for the American Red Cross and in the winter time she would treat herself to some relaxation at her vacation home in Naples Florida. She will be sorely missed by her devoted family and many friends. She is survived by two daughters: Denise Rosato of Flourtown, PA., Maria Castellucci (Daniel) of Andorra one son: Anthony Verde (Barbara) of NC 6 Grandcildren - Daniel, Matthew, Anthony, Cecelia, Kristin, and Gregory Friends may call Saturday Jan. 4,2014 from 9:30-11AM at Immaculate Heart Of Mary Church,Chapel 819 E.
