Obituary of Joseph Stulb Jr.
Beloved Brother, Uncle, and Friend
Joseph Stulb, Jr., 69, of Alva, Florida, passed away suddenly due to cardiac arrest on January 8, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, humor, and love for his family and friends. Born on February 20th, 1955 in Fort Washington, Pa. Joe was the son of Joseph and MaryAnn Stulb who passed in October 2007 and May 2008 respectively.
Joe graduated from Plymouth Whitemarsh High School in 1973 and went on to Ashland University before making his transition to start his own business and establish permanent residence in Florida. A longtime resident of Cape Coral/Fort Myers area, Joe started his career in Florida as a very respected plastering contractor before eventually earning his real estate license. Joe was a very successful realtor in SW Florida and was employed for many years by D.R. Horton, Inc., one of the largest homebuilders in the country.
Joe is survived by his life partner Angie McCommon Ramos who he loved dearly. He was also the cherished brother of Mack (Diana), Christopher (Cindy), and David (Nancy), and an uncle to his nieces and nephews: Stephen, Rachael, Shannon, Nick, Colin, Riley, as well as his great-nieces Ella, Lucy, Fiona, Bridget, Molly, and Maddie.
“Joey” as he was known, had a genuine heart, loved traveling, animals, nature, photography. His relationships with his partnerAngie, friends and family were central to his life as well as his Church of Spiritual Light. Joe was always the first to offer a helping hand, offer guidance, share a laugh, or simply lend an ear. He was always there for those who mattered most.
Joseph’s unexpected passing has left a hole in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know him. His memory will live on through his family, who take comfort in knowing that his love and spirit will remain with them always.
Joseph’s family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to those who have offered their support during this difficult time. He will forever be remembered as a loving brother, uncle, and friend whose laughter and kindness enriched the lives of everyone around him.
