John J. Kelly, age 85 of Plymouth Meeting PA., died Monday (6/28) in the Montgomery Hospital. He was a retired Chemical Salesman for Olin Matheson Chemical Co.and a former private practice Chiropractic Physician. Mr. Kelly was born in South Amboy, NJ, the son of the late John and the late Viola Letts Kelly. Mr. Kelly was a member and former usher at the Epiphany of Our Lord Church in Plymouth Meeting and was also a member of the Knights of Colombus. He was a graduate of Roxborough H.S. Temple Univ. and The National College of Chiropractic Medicine and became a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine. Mr. Kelly at one time was an instructor for The Pfizer Co. John enjoyed music and was a member of various barbershop quartets. He also was an avid golfer, Philadelphia teams sports fan and Notre Dame football fan along with being an outdoorsman. He was a WW2 Navy Veteran . He is survived by his wife Anne R. (Jirasek )Kelly of 61years. three daughters: Cheryl DeMito (HENRY) of Plymouth Meeting, PA., Mary Beth Henrick (Gary) of Ambler, PA., Jean MacDonald (Charles) of Audubon, PA one son: John J. Kelly III of Plumsteadville, PA one brother: William Kelly of Bristol, PA 11 Grand. 6 Greatgrandchildren.*PREDECEASED BY A DAUGHTER Patricia Anne Kelly in 1962.
