Ronald F. Harmer, 88 years, of Millsboro, passed away on Tuesday October 15, 2024 at Delaware Hospice Center.
He was born on Saturday November 16, 1935 in Philadelphia, the son of the late Raymond and the late Anne (née Owens) Harmer.
His Funeral services were held privately.
Memorial donations may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
