Obituary of Lois R. Reynolds

Lois Reynolds, age 96, passed away at Chestnut Hill Hospital on September 1^st, 2024. She was born on September 21^st, 1927, and was the only child of the late Merlo and Laura Stettler. Lois was the wife of the late Herbert Reynolds, who passed away in 2014.

Lois is survived by her three children: Linda Roth (Douglas) of Montgomeryville, PA, David Reynolds (Linda) of Fishers, Indiana and Gayle Burroghs (George) of McCormick, South Carolina. She is also the loving grandmother of 8 and great grandmother of 15.

Lois loved spending time with family and friends. She volunteered at Chestnut Hill Hospital and also at the Masonic Village gift shop. She enjoyed her knitting group and book club. She was a member of the Red Hatters.

After Herb retired, they enjoyed spending their summers in Cape May, NJ. They moved into the Masonic Village of Lafayette Hill in the year 2000. Herb’s two brothers and their wives also lived at Masonic Village, and they affectionately became known as the “six pack”.

There will be a Visitation at the Masonic Village Auditorium on Friday, September 13, 2024, from 1:00-2:00 PM, 801 Ridge Pk. Lafayette Hill, PA 19444.

Following the Visitation at 2:00 PM there will be a Service to celebrate the life of Lois in the Masonic Village Auditorium.

The interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children.
