Ellen (Nally) Gilmore

On November 26, of Hillsborough NJ, previously from Roxborough, Philadelphia. Age 96.

A beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great, Great Grandmother. Predeceased by her loving husband Hugh and her daughters Evelyn and Margaret. Survived by her sons Thomas, Mike (Vikki), Barry (Elizabeth) and Kevin; her daughter Kathy; twelve Grandchildren, fifteen Great Grandchildren, four Great, Great Grandchildren; her dear Sister-In-Law, Minnie, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Ellen was born to Thomas and Margaret (Roche) Nally in Fairhill, County Mayo Ireland. She was the last of seven loving siblings. Ellen also lived in England for several years where she met and married Hugh, and ultimately came to America where together they raised their extended family.

Although we are saddened that God has brought Ellen home, we are eternally grateful that He gave us the most beautiful, caring, and loving mother for all these years.

We are also grateful for all the care given to our Mom at Brookdale Senior Living in Hillsborough. Their compassion and commitment have touched us all.

Family and friends are invited to pay respects at her viewing on Saturday December 2 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 819 E. Cathedral Rd., Phila., PA.19128. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am.
