Gavin David Leong, age 5 of Valley Forge, Pa. died Sunday (4/14/2013) in the A.I. DuPont Institute,Wilmington Delaware.
Gavin is the loving son of Edward and Kathleen Gallagher Leong.
He is also survived by
a brother: Brian D.Leong
His grandmother, Anna M. Gallagher(the late Thomas V.) of Blue Bell,
He was predeceased by his sister Darcy Claire Leong in May of 2010 and also his paternal grandparents-Esther and David Leong.
Friends may call Monday 4/22/2013 from 6-8pm at Epiphany Of Our Lord Church, 3050 Walton
Rd., Plymouth Meeting, PA. and Tuesday 4/23 from 9:30-11AM at Church,
The Celebration of Gavin's life will be held at 11:00 am
