Elaine R. Smith, 90, of Jenkintown, PA. passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022 after a brief illness at Abington Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Edward C. She is survived by her sisters Dorothy May Noller, Trudy Synnestvedt and sister-in-law Margaret (Peggy) Seiz and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was born and raised in the Tacony neighborhood of Philadelphia. She was the youngest of 5 siblings, which included Elinore, Edward, Dorothy and Trudy. She worked briefly for the Pennsylvania Railroad where she met her future husband Harry. She was a profesional church musician for most of her life and spent the majority of her career singing for the Presbyterian Church of Frankford.
