I have fond memories of Tony staying at our home on Montgomery Ave while she was at Bryn Mawr. Seven of us Taylor kids with mom, Anna, and dad, Dr Larry Taylor. Tony’s mom Jane was an early girlfriend of my dad’s when he was at Princeton. My sister Jane is named after her.
In order to pay her rent to us one time she gave us a beautifully done painting of a nude. My family has always treasured it and the memories it has brought us of Tony. Kat Taylor _^..^_

Bob and I were so sorry to learn of Toni's passing. We were "around the corner" neighbors in Chestnut Hill, and with COVID, and Bob's surgery in September of last year, pretty overwhelmed. That Toni was ill and passed away in November was saddening and shocking, Except for the beautiful little paintings she sent us as holiday cards, our last contact had been some time ago about aquiring a piece of her artwork. It was this inquiry, for our new home, that led us to this sad information. She was a lovely person and a gifted artist. The world is a lesser place with her passing....
with much sadness,
Donna Gentile O'Donnell and

My name is Tom Corritore and I worked for Tony and Burt for 23 yrs. I was so saddened to see she has passed. I was going through a tub of pictures my husband Steven packed up 15 yrs ago and found the some of the cards Tony and Bert sent to us. Steven use to clean the house and I supervised the building of the house and took care of it, the plants and the parrot while they were away. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss, I know the grief as I lost my husband in October. If the family would like these cards and I also have the brochure from her exhibit in 2007 I would love for you to have them. Please contact me if you would or would not. 615 598 1802.

Saddened and surprised to learn of Toni’s death. I had wondered why she and her terrier, Edward, hadn’t been
at Pastorius Park for awhile. I thought she might be traveling. Toni was a park regular, and she and Eddie could be
seen almost daily playing fetch around the park in the mornings, occasionally stopping to discuss politics, or a book.
Toni was a great supporter of The Friends of Pastorius Park and our maintenance work at Pastorius, with the
Lofgren-Seymour grant through the Philadelphia Foundation. She also pitched in to volunteer at park clean ups
in the spring, including cleaning the pond.
She will be sorely missed by our park community.
