Obituary of Diane Otterbein

Diane (Wagner) Otterbein passed away Friday, November 26, 2021, after losing a brave battle with sepsis. Diane graduated from Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School in 1971. While a student at Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School, Diane spent an adventurous five months in Brazil as an exchange student. Diane earned her BBS degree in accounting from Temple University. She embarked on her accounting career with Univac/Unisys and IMS America. She then worked as an auditor for Arthur Andersen before becoming Accounting Manager at Hay Associates. Spending her time with her young children with summer vacations in Rehoboth Beach, Diane worked part time for Ron Jaworski Golf and small business owners. Always enjoying numbers, Diane spent hours completing math puzzles, especially Sudoku. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Ann Wagner, Diane is survived by her husband of 48 years, Scott Otterbein, son Eric, daughters Lauren, and Melissa and sister Karen Allen.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Special Olympics Montgomery County, 980 Harvest Drive, Suite 203, Blue Bell PA 19422. A service of remembrance will be held in March 2022.
