Obituary of Richard D. Deasy

Richard D. Deasy, age 75 of Lafayette Hill PA, died Friday (3/1 ) in the Chestnut Hill Hospital surrounded by his family. He was a retired Electrical Engineer, employed by U.S.Naval Air Engineering Center Mr. Deasy was born in Phila., PA, the son of the late Denis and the late Mary Keashen Deasy. Mr.Deasy was a graduate of LaSalle College H.S. class of 1955 and Villanova Univ. class of 1959 where he recieved his Electrical Engineering degree. He was a member of Saint Philip Neri Church in Lafayette Hill and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. Mr. Deasy was a former Whitemarsh Twp. Little League coach and was also an avid golfer and fisherman. For many years Mr. Deasy frequented Sea Isle City,NJ and was a member of the Sea Isle City Yacht Club and he enjoyed riding his bike or walking on Sea Isle's promenade. He is survived by Ann (Cundey ) Deasy three daughters: Deni Boekell(Glenn) of Chester Springs, PA, Tara Lee Rose (Tom) of Cinnaminson, NJ, Ann Colebaugh (Eric) of Chester Springs, PA one son: Dr. Richard Deasy (Susan) of Ft. Washington, PA 12 Grandchildren., He was predeceased by his son David W. Deasy (Dori) Friends may call Tuesday 3/5 from 9:30-11AM at Saint Philip Neri Church, 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA..
