Obituary of Margaret M. Sague

Margaret “Peggy" M. Sague, 77 years, of Lafayette Hill, passed away on Tuesday June 8, 2021 

She was born on Tuesday July 20, 1943 in Philadelphia, the daughter of the late Neil and the late Anna (née Mcinaw) McMenamin. 

Peggy is survived by her loving Husband of 54 years, Bob Sague of Lafayette Hill; her children, Michelle Abiuso (Mike), Jennifer McMenamin (Bill), John Sague (Katie), Stephen Sague (Vera); sister, Anna Gallagher; and her grandchildren, Erin, Sara, Colleen, Drew, Owen, Brandon, Claire, Jason, Aiden, Jack, Fiona and Ethan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins 

Peggy proceeded death of her sisters Mary Bottorff and Kathleen McGeoy. 

Peggy attended the former Immaculate Conception Grade School and Cardinal Dougherty High School ('61). She was a member of the St. Philip Neri Women's Guild and Philippians Group. She was also a lifetime member of the Barren Hill Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. 

Peggy worked for Sague Bus Company and drove students from St. Philip Neri School for 30 years prior to her retirement in 2006. 

Peggy enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She had a way of making everyone feel welcome and left lasting impressions on so many people. She enjoyed vacationing with her husband, children, grandchildren and extended family in Ocean City, NJ and Lake Wallenpaupack (Poconos). She has been on several cruises over the years. Her most recent trip was to Ireland with her best friend Marg, son John and her granddaughters on the "Gram's Ireland Adventure" to tour and visit her parent's hometowns in County Donegal. 

Peggy's Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, Jun 12 at 11:30AM at Saint Philip Neri Church, 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA. The Visitation will be held on Saturday, Jun 12 from 9:30AM to 

11:30AM at the church before the Funeral Mass. The Interment will take place following the Funeral Mass at George Washington Memorial Park 80 Stenton Ave., Plymouth Meeting, PA. Attendees are
