Age 79, passed away peacefully at home on May 9th, with Barbara, his wife of 51 years, by his side.  Don had been in declining health but had recovered from serious illness in 2014 and gone on to experience 7 additional years of life.

A lifelong resident of Lafayette Hill, PA, he died as he wanted in the house where he grew up. He attended Plymouth Whitemarsh High School where he was a standout athlete, establishing long standing records in football.  He went on to graduate from Ursinus College and have a long career in graphic arts sales.

An avid Philadelphia sports fan, the Eagles Super Bowl victory in 2018 was a long awaited joy.  He also enjoyed coaching Little League baseball, photography, golf and summertime with family on the beach in Ocean City, NJ.  But his greatest source of pride and joy was his family:  wife Babs, children DeborahO’Donnell of Blue Bell PA, David Zulick (Dr. Courtney Fay) of Newtown Square PA and grandchildren Madeline and Ryan O’Donnell and Claire, Emily and John Zulick. PePop will be greatly missed by all.

He is also survived by his brother Alan (Dr. Jane Rothrock) of Media PA.  He was predeceased by his parents Mary and Don Zulick.

There will be a private celebration of Don’s life which will be livestreamed from his church, St.Jude and the Nativity in Lafayette Hill on Friday, May 21st at 11 oclock.  More information can be found on stjudeandthenativity.org website.  To view a live stream of Don's Funeral Service, click the link below:
