Obituary of Elizabeth M. Kahoun

    Elizabeth Mary (Miller) Kahoun of Plymouth Meeting, PA, peacefully passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020. She was 92 years young. She was a member of Corpus Christi Church at 28th and Allegheny Ave before moving to The Norristown Area around 1969.

    She is survived by her son Francis of Portland, OR; grandson Gary Michael Rothermel of Philadelphia, PA and daughter-in-law Linda Hoffmaster-Kahoun of Norwalk, CT.

   Along with her husband Frank, was preceded in death by her daughter Elizabeth Ann Rothermel,  her son Robert John, brothers Francis Miller of West Grove, PA and James Miller, Sr. of Bucks County, PA

    She was a graduate of John W. Hallahan Catholic High School, Class of '47. After her children grew she worked at St. Paul's Roman Catholic Rectory, East Norriton, PA. Upon retirement she continued to attend early church services with her husband. She was an advid viewer of EWTN, especially watching and the Chaplet and Rosary.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, Sep 29 at 10:00 AM at Saint Paul's Catholic Church 2007 New Hope St. , Norristown

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Sep 29 from 9:30 to 10:00 AM at the church before the Funeral Mass

Betty, as known by her friends and family, was laid to rest next to her husband on October 2, 2020 in St. Patrick's Cemetery, East Norriton, PA.

In lieu of flowers and mass cards, Memorial contributions can be made to St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church 2007 New Hope St. Norristown, PA 19401-2109
