Betty Ruth Rotenbury (88) of Lafayette Hill, PA passed away on Monday, June 29, 2020. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Charles S. Rotenbury (Chas). She was born and raised in Philadelphia, and eventually moved to Lafayette Hill where she lived with “Chas” until his death. She is survived by two sons; C. Scott, and Gary (Silvia), two Grandchildren; Matthew, (Gina) and Lauren, and two Great Grandsons: Preston and Kai. Betty worked at Penn Mutual Insurance Company for many years from where she retired. She was very active at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Lafayette Hill where she was part of and trained the Altar Guild, sang in the choir, managed the Baptismal process and served on Church Council. She also loved helping with the Costumes used for the annual Boar’s Head Festival. Betty was an Active Life Administrative Member of Barren Hill Fire Company for over 20 years. She loved to sing, bake, read and go to the movies. She loved her family, her friends, her church and God fiercely. We will miss her terribly, but are happy that she is at peace.
