Rita F.(Reddington) McCaffrey, age 89 of Lafayette Hill PA, died Tuesday (1/15) in the Chestnut Hill Hospital., She was a Home Maker and full time mom. . Mrs. McCaffrey was born in Pottsville, PA, the daughter of the late Benjamin and the late Elizabeth Canfield Reddington. . Mrs. McCaffrey was member of Saint Philip Neri Church in Lafayette Hill. She was an avid Bowler and loved to play bingo and dance. For many years she enjoyed along with her husband vacationing in Ocean City NJ.with their family. She is survived byher husband Thomas J.McCaffrey four daughters: Kathleen Keating (Brian) of Eaglevile, PA, Ann Waltman (Doug) of Eaglevile, PA, Mary Healy (Joe) of Glenmoore, PA, Rita Lusen (Chuck) of Eaglevile, PA two sons: Joseph McCaffrey (Patricia) of Collegeville, PA, John McCaffrey (Lisa) of Valley Forge, PA three sisters: Jean Reddington of Minersville, PA, Nancy DeAngelis of Pottsville, PA, Frances Margle of Easton, PA 11 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandaughter., Friends may call Saturday 1/19 from 9-10AM at Saint Patrick Church, Dekalb And Chestnut St., Norristown, PA. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am officiating. Entombment will be Saturday in the Saint Patrick Cemtery, East Norriton. Contributions may be made to Breastcancer.org.
