Alysane Gallagher Bauhaus November 10,1937 - January 2, 2013 Alysane Gallagher Bauhaus of Lafayette Hill, PA was born on November 10, 1940 to parents Eleanor and Joseph Gallagher of Philadelphia, PA, one of six children and passed away suddenly after welcoming in the New Year. She was married for fifty one years to A. Jeffrey Bauhaus. She graduated from Cecilian Academy in Germantown, PA and from Hahnemann School of Radiological Technologists, Class of 1959. She recently was pinned a Dragon from Drexel University (successor school to Hahnemann) for over fifty years in her profession. She worked as an X-Ray Technician at Montgomery Orthopaedics Associates ("MOA") for Dr. Bruce J. Menkowitz, Dr. Samuel Puleo and Dr. Brett Horowitz for over thirty years. She was a member of the American Society of Radiology Technologists (AART) and the British Officers Club of Philadelphia. She is survived by her husband A. Jeffrey and they celebrated fifty years of marriage last year with a grand celebration, daughter Debra Brown, Esquire of Hamilton, MA, daughter Andrea and son-in-law Chris Loughlin of Blue Bell, PA and son Craig and daughter-in-law Jennifer of Chester Springs, PA. She is also survived by her twin brother Andrew and his wife Kathy of Bel Aire, Maryland, her brother Conall and his wife Ann of Ocean City, NJ, sisters Eileen Stief of Swarthmore, Jeannie Gosseaux and her husband Joseph of Drexel Hill, PA and sister-in-law Lee Gallagher of Tuckerton, NJ. She leaves eight grandchildren: Robert, Conall, Katie Scarlett, Elizabeth, Grace, Gavin, Hannah and Rachael - who shared many happy hours with their beloved Nana: shopping and otherwise. She also leaves seventeen nieces and nephews and their families, especially her youngest niece Ryann Noel, all who she loved very much and they loved her. She had a lifelong friendship with her classmate from Hahnemann, Patricia Beard of Fort Washington, PA. She also leaves her dog - Murphy. She joins her parents, brother Joseph, and many close friends with God. Whether it was enjoying the ocean view from her shore house, visiting her children in PA and Massachusetts, February days in Florida or just driving around town in her Boxster, Alysane lived an admirable life helping people recover from their injuries, putting family first and loving life. She was also very proud that she was never sick a day in her life. She will be missed by so many friends, neighbors from Lafayette Hill, down the shore and her many colleagues from Montgomery Orthopaedics. Gentle woman, quiet night, morning star, so strong and bright, gentle Mother, peaceful dove, teach us wisdom, teach us love.
