He was born on Wednesday April 9, 1958 in Norristown, the son of the late Stephen and the late Regina (née Eckert) Berkezchuk.
Survivors Include his wife, Janice McFadden, sons, Jeffrey M Berkezchuck and Tyler S. Berkezchuk, brothers, Bill Berkezchuk, Jim Berkezchuk, Joe Berkezchuk and sister, Jean Berkezchuk
Visitation will be held on Monday, Nov 18 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Lownes Family Funeral Home 659 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill
