Obituary of Shirley E. Salmon

Shirley E. Salmon, 72, of Lafayette Hill, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019 at home.  She was born October 25, 1946 to the late Martin and Elaine (née Haupt) Yonner.  She was a Registered Nurse at The Medical College of Pennsylvania for many years.  She went on to be a Nurse Case Manager at Aetna and retired in 2011.  Shirley volunteered at the William Jeanes Memorial Library in Lafayette Hill.

Shirley was predeceased by her husband, John Salmon, in 2013.  She is survived by her son Toby Salmon, and his wife Lori; her cherished grandchildren, Andie, Emmie and Avery Salmon; and her loving sisters Ildra Mielke and Natalie Yancey.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Sept. 13 from 10:00 to 11 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at Saint Philip Neri Church 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill.
