He was born on Friday September 8, 1989 in Elkins Park, the son of James and Lisa Schwark.

Jay's son Sean Long and brother (Julia) Anthony Long
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, Aug 3 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Church 234 Hermitage St., Philadelphia
The Visitation will be held on Saturday, Aug 3 from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at the church before the funeral mass
Jay's Interment will be held following the funeral mass at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 3301 W Cheltenham Ave., Philadelphia
