Lauretta M. Kolb, age 97 of Lafayette Hill PA, died Wednesday (12/12) in the Saint Joseph Villa, Flourtown,Pa. She was a retired Claims Processor for an insurance Co. Mrs. Kolb was born in Phila., PA, the daughter of the late George and the late . Lauretta (Obernesser) McLaughlin. Wife of the late Francis H. Kolb who passed in 1981. Lauretta was a long time faithful member of Saint Philip Neri Church in Lafayette Hill. She was a former member of the church Phillipian Social Group. For many years she volunteered her time for the Hemophilia Foundation ,an illness her late son Michael was afflicted with. Lauretta was also a proud graduate of Hallahan High School. She was known for quick wit and her ability to remember many specific details in her life and yours and will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. She is survived by Niece, Debbie Towey of Glenside, PA; nephew, Walter McLaughlin; 3 Grandchildren-Stacy, Robert Jr. And Stephanie, 7,great grandchildren. She was predeceased by sons Michael and Robert Kolb (Mary Gert ) and daughter Patricia Ann Smith.and a sister Margaret McLaughlin. Friends may call Monday 12/17 from 9:30-11AM at Saint Philip Neri Church, 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA.. Funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery, Lower Merion. Contributions may be made to Hemophilia Foundation, 14e. 6th ave., Lansdale,Pa. 19446.
