Obituary of Rutheda Graveline
Rutheda “Jean” Graveline, (nee Meeker) age 94 of Lafayette Hill PA, died Tuesday (2/12) at the Masonic Village,
Jean was born in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of the late Wells and the late Edith Meeker.
Jean was a graduate of the Warren G. Harding H.S. in Warren, Ohio. She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and maker of wonderful baked goods and beautiful quilts.
Jean was married to James L. Graveline for 66 years until his death in 2013. She is survived by two daughters: Karen Grant (Peter) of Grand Isle, VT, Janelle Krais (John) of Eagleville, PA, and one son: Kevin J. Graveline (Thom) of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, as well as her sister Virginia Larson of Pickerington, OH and 5 Grandchildren: Kristin, Matthew, JJ, Ryann and Julie and 5 Great Grandchildren: Abby, Ethan, Silas, Ollie and Shiloh.
Mr. and Mrs. Graveline had formerly resided in Willow Grove Pa. before moving to the Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill. They were former members of the Church of the Living Word in Roslyn and while residing in Lafayette Hill she was a member of Saint Peter’s Lutheran Church.
Friends may call Friday, February 15th from 10:00 – 11:00 am at the Masonic Village of Lafayette Hill, 801 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill PA 19444
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am by the Reverend Jonathan Suloff of Saint Peter's Lutheran Church at The Masonic Village.
Jean's Interment will follow the funeral service at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Ambler PA.
