Obituary of James L. Beccone

James L. Beccone Sr., 90 years, of Blue Bell, passed away on Sunday January 13, 2019. He has been a resident of Sunrise Blue Bell for the last year but previously resided at Sheffield Dr., Plymouth Meeting for 55 years.

He was born on Friday January 11, 1929 in Hazelton, the son of the late Lewis and the late Angeline (née Cataldo) Beccone. James graduated from Hazleton High in 1946. He enlisted in the Navy and served for 6 years from 1948-1954 PO 2nd Class. James retired from the F.W. Woolworth Co. after 41 years in food service management. James enjoyed coin and stamp collecting and spending time with family.

Survivors Include:

• His wife Anne Falcone, married Feb 23, 1952 
• Son James (Eileen) Beccone Jr.
• Son William (Amy) Beccone

Grandchildren

• Alex Beccone
• Mika Beccone

Many in-laws, nieces & nephews and friends too numerous to list.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, Jan 23 at 11:00 AM at Epiphany Of Our Lord Church 3050 Walton Rd., Plymouth Meeting

A Visitation will be held before Mass on Wednesday, Jan 23 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Epiphany Of Our Lord Church 

James's Interment will take place on Saturday, Jan 26 at 11:30 AM at Saint Gabriel Church Cemetery 241 S Poplar St., Hazleton PA

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Gary Sinese Foundation, PO Box 368 Woodland Hills, CA 91365
