Obituary of Frank Lloyd Jr.
Frank W. Lloyd, Jr. passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018. He was 75 years old. Frank was born on November 15, 1943 in Mount Holly, New Jersey. He lived in Lafayette Hill before moving to Blue Bell, Pa.
He is the son of the late Frank W. Lloyd, Sr and Edna Mae Henderson. He was the beloved husband of Kathryn (Tuttle) Lloyd and father to Bryan (Vicki), Kevin (Paula) and Katy Lang (Kevin).
Frank retired from PECO (Philadelphia Electric Company) in 1994 after a career that spanned almost 30 years.
His many years of retirement gave him the the opportunity to pursue the many hobbies and interests he loved to do.
He was an avid golfer. He also loved toy trains and was a long time member of the Train Collectors Association. He has an extensive collection of Lionel trains.
He was also a stamp collector and worked to build on the collections that were started by his Grandfather and Mother.
Frank loved animals, especially his Golden Retrievers. In the past, he was a volunteer for a Golden Retriever rescue organization and rescued many senior Goldens over the years
He enjoyed traveling with his wife and friends taking many trips within the United States, Canada and Europe.
His greatest joy in life was spending time with his family and his many long time and faithful friends.
Frank's Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, Dec 29 at 11:00 AM at Lownes Family Funeral Home 659 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, Dec 29 before the service from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Frank's interment will be held privately on Monday, Dec 31 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery
