I was so proud to be able to call you Godfather. I remember such great times I had with you when I was a young boy! I always looked forward to our time together and cherish each memory! When I moved to Florida, I enjoyed that we were able to talk often on the phone and always about the good times from our past. Living in Florida, we didn’t get to spend time together but I am so thankful that Cathy and I were able to visit with you in May and have a nice afternoon! Godfather, I shall miss you, your sense of humor and our bond!

Denis’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5: 28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I am sending you a link with more information on this hope.

Kathy: Barb and I were saddened at your dads passing. Although not unexpected:
"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; Love leaves a memory no one can steal." I loved his brogue, always brought back childhood memories with my Aunts and Uncles speaking "the Irish". Mike, you a great son-in-law.

when i was little,i always remembered my three uncles, DENIS JOHN and TIM, that lived in new york.i always looked forward to the summers, as i knew i would get to see them, coming to ireland to see their mother.the more i was around them, the more i looked up to them, i admired their sucess, dedication, and respect that they had for their families , and their country.i admired them so much, that i knew one day i would follow in their foot steps, i will never hold it against them, that they were yankee fans, as i now live work and reside up north , known as red sox nation, in my life , i have looked up to a lot of people, three of them are my uncles, who has since departed from us , and has taken on another journey,u have played a big role in the pillars in my life, and i just wanta say ,thank you, for giving me the OPPORTUNITY, to live , work and enjoy this great nation, as you have, i am and will be forever grateful, may u rest in peace..

His nature was loving & giving
His heart was made of pure gold
And to us who knew him
His memory will never grow old
I always admired his calm, laid back attitude!
