Anthony J. Sutera, age 52 of Plymouth Meeting PA., died Monday (9/24) in the Montgomery Hospital. He was a Master Assembler for A.S.I. Technologies and formerly Hale Pump Co. Mr. Sutera was born in Phila., PA, the son of Carmella Valerio Sutera of Plymouth Mtg.. and the late Augustus Sutera. Anthony was a graduate of Plymouth Whitemarsh H.S. While growing up Anthony played little league baseball for Plymouth Twp. In his later years he continued his love of baseball and played as a pitcher in various softball leagues. He was a member of The Holy Savior Parrish in Norristown. Tony was an avid golfer, fisherman at Townsends Inlet, Nascar fan, NY Mets fan and Dallas Cowboys fan. He is survived by his wife of 14 years Marlene (Haber ) Sutera two daughters: Shelby Sutera of Plymouth Meeting, PA., Jenna Sutera of Plymouth Meeting, PA. one sister: Marianne Mandarano of Plymouth Meeting, PA. Several Nieces,nephews, Friends may call Thursday 9/27 from 9-10AM at Holy Savior Church, 407 E. Main St., Norristown, PA. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am Memorial donations may be made to the Anthony Sutera Donation Account c/o- Citizens Bank 202 W. Ridge Pike,Conshohocken,Pa. 19428. Burial will be private. Funeral arrangements are by the Lownes Funeral Home of Lafayette Hill,Pa.
