Elveria R.(DiMarcantonio) Venezia, age 90 of Norristown PA, died Sunday (3/18) in the Rittenhouse Pine Center. She was a retired Cook for her former family restaurant which was named DiPietro's/ The Paris Inn which , suffered an explosion that took the life of her first husband Andrew DiPietro in 1968. Mrs. Venezia was born in Phila., PA, the daughter of the late Sante and the late Augusta DiGregorio DiMarcantonio. Elveria was a resident of Norristown for many years formerly of N.E. Phila. While living in Phila. she was a member of the Our Lady of Ransom Parrish and while living in this area she was a member of The Epiphany of our Lord Church. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed cooking. She is survived by her husband John Venezia two sons: Paris A. DiPietro (Vielka) of E.Norriton, PA, Andy DiPietro (Patricia) of Burlington, NJ one sister: Lillian Capella of Phila., PA 4 Grandhildren-Vincente,Michael,Gregory And Arturo, Friends may call Thursday 3/22 from 9:30-11AM at Epiphany Of Our Lord Church, 3050 Walton Rd., Plymouth Meeting, PA.. Funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am Burial will be Thursday at 1:30 pm in the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown. Contributions may be made to Above church.
