Obituary of Patricia M. Strain

Patricia M. (Vose)Strain, age 87 of Lafayette Hill ,formerly of East Falls died Thursday (3/8) in the Chestnut Hill Hospital. She was a Binder working with her husband in their Printing Company in Phila. Mrs. Strain was born in Phila., PA, the daughter of the late Maurice and the late Vose. Wife of the late Joseph W. Strain. Mrs. Srain formerly resided in East Falls and was a long time faithful parishioner of Saint Bridgets Church. When moving to Lafayette Hill she became a member at Saint Philip Neri Church. For many years she had volunteered at the Saint Josephs Villa in Flourtown,Pa. She always enjoyed sewing and spending many summers with her loving family in Sea Isle City,nj. She is survived by one daughter: Patricia S. Riley (Eugene) of Lafayette Hill, PA grandchildren, Sean And Kirsten Riley Friends may call Tuesday 3/13/12 from 9:30-10:30am at Saint Josephs Villa, 110 Wissahickon Ave., Flourtown, PA.19031. Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 am in the Saint Josephs Villa, Flourtown, with Monsignor Charles Vance officiating. Burial will be in Westminster Cemetery, Balacynwyd. Memorial donations may be made to the Villa. Funeral arrangements are by the Lownes Funeral Home of Lafayette Hill.
