Obituary of Mary C Moore

Mary Cade Moore, 84, passed away September 12, 2023 in Dallas, Georgia. Mrs. Moore was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania and resided for 50 years in the Yardley and Washington Crossing area before moving to Powder Springs, Georgia, in 2022. 

Mrs. Moore was a registered nurse for 20 years and worked at the Delaware Valley Medical Center until her retirement in 1997. Mrs. Moore enjoyed reading, golfing, gardening, taking care of backyard birds, and traveling during the winters to her home in Florida. Mrs. Moore will be remembered by her family for her kindness, her faith, her generosity, and her sense of humor. Her family is grateful for the years of happy memories and the love and laughter she brought into their lives. Mrs. Moore is predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Ronald C. Moore, who passed away in January 2022. Mrs. Moore is survived by her daughters Misty Ellison and her husband Glenn Ellison of North Beach, MD; MaryBeth Unvala of Powder Springs, GA; Kathleen Cheski and her husband Gary Cheski of Clifton, NJ; and Kristen Moore and her husband Fred Terry of Ann Arbor, MI; seven grandchildren, Victoria, Brian, Rachel, Cydney, Malcolm, Freddy and Veronica; and two nephews, Robert and Richard Cade. Funeral services will be on Saturday, 9/23/2023 at 10 a.m. at the Lownes Funeral Home, 659 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA, followed by interment at George Washington Memorial Park in Plymouth Meeting, PA. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that charitable donations be made to Samaritan’s Purse.
