MAUREEN JOSEPHINE CUSACK MCDONNELL, age 100, of Lafayette Hill, entered into eternal life on August 22, 2026 (the Feast of the Queenship of Mary).  She was born to this life on June 23, 1926.

Maureen will be remembered for her joyous nature, love of her family, and strong faith with a special devotion to the Blessed Mother.  She was preceded in death by her dear husband,  StaceyLeo McDonnell, and by her siblings, Joseph Edwin (Katharine) Cusack and Martin Kevin Cusack; survived by her sister-in-law, Maureen Cusack.

Devoted mother of Sheila (Pat) Bello, Maura (Mal Harkins) McDonnell, Kevin (Toni) McDonnell, Eileen McDonnell, and Brian (Anita) McDonnell. 

She dearly loved all of her 15 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

Grandchildren: Megan Bello (Jim) Wright, Joseph (Melissa) Harkins, Christopher (Jobina Jones-McDonnell) McDonnell, Maureen (Ben) Betz, Kristin (Christopher) Williamson, Annie (Chet) Stachitas, Patrick J. Bello, Elizabeth (Eric Cross) McDonnell, Malcolm (Jason Daisy) Harkins, Adrienne (MichaelPechter) McDonnell, Hannah (Adam) Savitt, Caroline Ogletree, Hilary (Greg) Jacobs, Harrison Ogletree, Celeste McDonnell.

Great-grandchildren: Maddie, Braeden, and Ryan Williamson; Lennon Wright; Abby Harkins; Leo and Julian Betz; James, Ginny, Graham, Josie and Emory Stachitas; Logan Daisy-Harkins; Quinton and Felix McDonnell; Isaac, Oliver and Wyatt Cross; Naomi and Nico Pechter; Jackson, Will, Michael, and Virginia Vencil; Mairéad and Oona Savitt; Rory and Quinn Jacobs.

Family and friends are invited to call and to attend Mass on Thursday, September 3 at St. Philip Neri Church, 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444.  There will be a viewing from 9:30 to 10:45 AM.  Mass will follow at 11 AM.  

In lieu of flowers, Mom had requested that donations be made to Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls (https://www.littleflowerhighschool.org) or to St. Philip Neri Church in Lafayette Hill (https://www.saintphilipnerichurch.com)

Interment will be private at Holy Cross Cemetery on September 4.
