Eleanor Rose Maisch (Chinnici), age 66, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away surrounded by love. Born to the late Anthony and Rose Chinnici, Eleanor carried forward their legacy of strength, compassion, and unwavering family devotion.
A proud graduate of J.W. Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School, Class of 1976, Eleanor embodied the values of resilience and loyalty from an early age — qualities that only grew stronger as life called her to her greatest role: mother.
She is survived by her six beloved children: Robert, Anthony, Thomas (Jordan), Jaclyn (Dan), Michael, and Sara (Nick). Eleanor raised them with a strength that few could match. She poured her entire heart into creating a home full of love, grit, and laughter.
She was the adored Nonna to her four cherished grandchildren: Callie, Tommy, Abby, and Cole, each of whom brought her endless pride and joy.
She was preceded in death, by the love her life, Mark Sienko.
Eleanor was also a loyal cousin, a fierce friend, and the type of woman who made you feel like family the moment you walked through her door.
But more than anything, Eleanor will be remembered as a devoted mother whose love knew no limits. Her children were her world — and through them, her strength, humor, and warmth will live on.
