She was the wife of Robert Sauer, high school sweethearts since the age of 15, and mother to Jessica. She took great joy in being a Nanny to Ava and Madison and loved her granddaughters deeply. Sue was preceded in death by her brother, Curtis Staats and Mother Marjorie Bamont.
Sue’s life was rich with love for her family, friends and dogs. Sue was known for her zest for life. She was always ready for a celebration with good food and fun, and created lifelong family traditions while doing so. She will be remembered for the celebration of holidays and special events for years to come. Many of those close to her shared a lifetime of laughter and rich memories. Sue will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
A funeral service will be held for family and friends on Thursday at 11:00 am at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, with a celebration of her life to follow at the Sauer home.
