Obituary of Angelo J Minetti

Angelo Minetti, 68 of Conshohocken, PA, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 15, 2025. He was born on March 14, 1957 to Michael and Dorothy Minetti. He was a  graduate of Springfield Township High School, where he was recognized for his accomplishments in Football, Wrestling, and Track and Field. In 1979 he married Maureen McAllister.  Together they had four children, Christoper (Lisa Swiggard), Jeffrey (Amy Lee), Michael (Maurita Burns) and Angela (Sean McBride).  

Angelo was pop-pop to 10 grandchildren: Marilyn, Frances, Christopher, Joseph, Sean McBride, Shirley, Thomas, Alice, Michael McBride, and Daniel.

Angelo was a loving husband, father, uncle, friend and grandfather and enjoyed nothing more than being with his family and friends.  He was known by many for his time spent coaching football and wrestling at St. Joe’s Prep. He loved spending summers in Ocean City, NJ and was frequently seen at the Clam Bar in Somer’s Point.  

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Maureen, granddaughter Marilyn, brother Michael,  and in-laws Thomas and Dolores McAllister. 

Along with his children and grandchildren he is also survived by his longtime companion, Susan Broden and her son Andrew as well as brothers Gregory and Daniel, sisters Patricia and Margaret, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
